Design Miami today announces preview highlights for its newest edition in Los Angeles, taking place May 16th through 20th 2024. Taking inspiration from the fair’s location at a private Holmby Hills estate designed by the late architect Paul R. Williams, Curatorial Director Ashlee Harrison offers a dynamic program of collectible design that expands on themes of eclecticism, imagination, and nostalgia.
Galerie56 and Southern Guild are excited to present no bats, no chocolate, a solo exhibition of handcrafted seating environments by South African artist Porky Hefer, opening 30 April and running through to 26 August 2024.
Yael McShane Wulfhart is The Art Wolf, an experiential gallerist amplifying the work of contemporary women artists in sculpture, painting, photography, and ceramics. The Art Wolf’s Female Gaze exhibition is on view from March 8th – April 8th at the Pacific Design Center (8687 Melrose Avenue West Hollywood, Suite B653) and features the work of Susanna Speirs Ali, Lareina Holsopple, dopez, Justina Blakeney, Sofia Peters, Lois Samuels, and Osiris Zuñiga.
Billis Williams Gallery is pleased to present SUZAN WOODRUFF: FROM THE EDGE, the gallery’s first solo exhibition by the Los Angeles-based painter. The exhibition features the artist’s new paintings and monumental sculpture and continues through June 8th.
