BIRMINGHAM, AL (September 4, 2025) – FLOWER magazine prepares to open the doors of its Nashville designer showhouse next month, and with the growing excitement, announces the room assignments for each renowned interior designer and the talented floral designers who will enhance these rooms with fresh arrangements.
The showhouse room assignments are as follows:

Architectural firm Pfeffer Torode, along with Maker Construction, has beautifully renovated the 20,000-square-foot estate. Set on six acres, the property features grounds designed by Kaiser Trabue, one of Nashville’s premier landscape architecture firms. Before entering the magnificent country estate, guests will be greeted by its gated entrance, followed by a winding quarter-mile drive that leads to the home.
Staying true to the core pillar of FLOWER magazine, the team has enlisted 10 floral designers to orchestrate arrangements that beautifully complement each room.

The 2025 FLOWER Nashville Showhouse will open its doors to the public on Thursday, October 9, with a group book signing with select showhouse designers. The showhouse will close on October 26. Tours will take place Thursday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Sunday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. A portion of ticket sales will benefit The Next Door Recovery, a Nashville-based treatment and recovery program for women.
