As we begin the winter entertaining season with Thanksgiving on Thursday, our thoughts are on the importance of the table: the dining table where we gather, the coffee table where we play games, the drinks table that holds our festive cocktail, the nightstand for our houseguest’s before-bed book. We’ve got a selection of a dozen tables that will elevate any gathering and provide year-round delight.

Moe’s Home Collection describes its new Segment dining table as “bold but grounded, sculptural but easy to live with.” A combination of contrasting angles and curves, the table is topped with Panther stone, with veining that makes each table one of a kind. It’s shown here in Beige and is also available in an all-wood version in a Heritage Brown finish.

In the Manon dining table from Four Hands, a simply shaped, bullnose-edged top sits upon a pedestal base that recalls rolling waves. The cast aluminum table is finished in a glossy black to interact with light from every angle.

The Wilma coffee table from Eichholtz features a marble top with subtle veining and sturdy mahogany wooden base and feet in a Caramel finish. It’s also available as a side table.

Regina Andrews Detroit says it set out to create “modern heirlooms” with its fall launch of lighting, accessories and accent furniture. Crafted of solid walnut, the company’s new Fraya tables combine midcentury inspiration and modern minimalism.

Shown here in Natural Walnut, the tables can also be finished in Natural Oak and Black Oak.We’ll end with some fun, appropriate for the season.
