WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — The Luxury Kitchen announced the appointment of Michael Rhodes as vice president of sales, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to expand its presence in the luxury appliance and design market. Rhodes brings decades of experience in sales leadership, luxury retail operations and trade relations, with a strong command of the residential and design landscape.
Based in West Hollywood, California, at the center of the West Coast design community, The Luxury Kitchen is a concierge-level Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove retail showroom. The space blends elegance, functionality and precision, featuring more than 90 appliances presented in an immersive and interactive environment tailored to design professionals and discerning homeowners.
Rhodes most recently served as senior director at Ferguson Home, where he oversaw operations across Southern California and Hawaii from 2022 to 2025. Before joining Ferguson, he spent more than 20 years at Best Buy and Pacific Sales, holding multiple leadership roles, including national senior director of sales from 2014 to 2022. He brings 25 years of multi-unit leadership experience with Fortune 100 companies and a proven track record of driving performance in complex retail environments.
