200 Lex Celebrates Women-in-Design: 100th Anniversary Edition March 11th 9:30 AM- 7 PM, 200 Lexington Avenue, NYC
There are several reasons this event is on our radar. It celebrates women, features standout programming, and takes place at the New York Design Center—home to many of the industry’s most exciting manufacturers and makers.
The Women in Design gathering is also a rare opportunity to connect with the full design ecosystem: designers, creators, photographers, marketers and more. Highlights include Tori Mellott moderating “Why Hobbies Matter for Women in Design,” along with the debut of Schumacher’s new collection with Astrid Elineau and Christiane Lemieux’s conversation on “The Language of French Design” in suite 101.
Charleston by Design – March 12th – March 15th, Charleston, SC
Few cities embody design heritage quite like Charleston. From the bright façades of Rainbow Row to its cobblestone streets and meticulously preserved historic homes, the city has long served as a touchstone for design.

For the past three years, it has also been home to Charleston by Design, a multi-day event that brings together leading designers, creators and journalists for a series of thoughtfully curated experiences. Programming ranges from talks held in historic spaces to private tours of some of Charleston’s most coveted homes, along with themed walking tours exploring the city’s architectural legacy.
Among the highlights we’re invested in: a conversation with designers Todd Nickey and Amy Kehoe, as well as the always-popular Pink Houses walking tour. Snag your tickets here.
