Molteni&C opens its newest Flagship Store in Luxembourg, demonstrating the brand’s rapid growth in the contemporary design scenario of the European market.
The Flagship Store is opened in collaboration with Scenic Sàrl, a young and dynamic business, founded in Luxembourg in 2023, with the aim of transforming living spaces into unique and exclusive environments.
By creating a place of inspiration, where customers can explore a wide range of Molteni&C products and discover unique and refined selection of furniture solutions, living and night systems, kitchens, accessories, outdoor furnishings, including some famous iconic products designed by Gio Ponti, Molteni&C and Scenic Sàrl bring the best of Italian design to the heart of Europe.
The new Molteni&C Flagship Store is located in the lively Strassen, one of the most active and commercial communities of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg with a great offer of services for the citizens.
Strassen, officially established in 1851 but with origins dating back to Roman times, could be considered as an extension of Luxembourg City via the Route d’Arlon, a major economic pole, where the Molteni&C Flagship Store is located.
The neighbourhood is renowned for hosting leading furniture brands and stores, creating a vibrant and cosmopolitan atmosphere.
Completing the first side of the store is the dining area featuring the Insersection island, made of a single material, natural stone, with which to create a unique, sculptural and architectural object, paired with the Woody stools.
The main character of the scene is Tivalì 2.0, the built-in kitchen for all spaces designed by Dante Bonuccelli in 2004, interpreted in a new project by Yabu Pushelberg, world famous Canadian designers, where technology and design come together to give rise to a perfect kitchen proposal.
On the other side of the store, the third living area features the Blevio table, designed by Ignazio Gardella, the elegant Janet chairs, the comfortable and cosy Paul Sofa and the Walter armchairs, all designed by Vincent Van Duysen, together with the Panna Cotta tables by Ron Gilad.
Moving on through the space, the guests discover the Prime kitchen, designed by Molteni&C’s Research & Development department to meet the most sophisticated aesthetic demands, together with the Diamond table, designed by Patricia Urquiola.
A living area enriches the store, through Vibrazioni carpet, designed by the Italian designer Marta Ferri, together with Gio Ponti D.151.4 armchair and Aster coffee table by Vincent Van Duysen.
To conclude, the Hector Night introduces the guest into the walk-in closet, where a composition of Gliss Master, the wardrobe system feather in the cap of Molteni&C Night Collection, offers a fascinating closet solution.
The sophisticated and elegant proposal by Rodolfo Dordoni, the Algate bed, features the night area, together with the D.154.2 armchair and the D.552.2 small table and D.847.1 writng desk, designed by Gio Ponti, becoming the protagonists of the scene.
The result is a high-impact setting that showcases the Molteni&C collections in the most flattering way, with the aim of creating a warm, welcoming, experiential layout to inspire the culture of living well.
