Interior designers invited to shape next year’s home furnishings trend
HIGH POINT, N.C., June 16, 2025 — The High Point Market Authority (HPMA) invites influential and emerging interior designers to apply for the 2026 Style Spotters team—an exclusive opportunity to shape trend conversations at the world’s largest home furnishings trade show.
Now through June 30, applications are open for five new design voices to join the official trade show organizer’s prestigious program. The 2026 team will consist entirely of first-time Style Spotters who will attend both Spring and Fall High Point Markets, to identify and spotlight the most inspiring product innovations and design trends across exhibitor showrooms.
Selected Style Spotters will serve as trusted trend forecasters and contribute to a range of high-visibility content—including curated showroom picks, social media features, and contributions to the High Point Market website.
“Being a Style Spotter is about more than trend spotting—it’s about taking a leadership role in the design industry,” says Tammy Covington, HPMA president and CEO. “We’re looking for interior designers who not only have an eye for what’s next but also a passion for sharing that vision with a broad audience.”
Since its launch in 2011, the Style Spotters program has featured a dynamic roster of design professionals and continues to be a leading platform for amplifying design talent and showcasing the latest in residential interiors.
To apply for the 2026 Style Spotters team, candidates must be interior designers who are new to the program. Applications can be submitted online via the Style Spotters hub at www.highpointmarket.org/stylespotters by 5:00 PM ET on June 30, 2025. The new team will be announced early next year.
