Modern Luxury, Bespoke Made in Italy Craftsmanship
New York, New York (March 25, 2026): Dexelance USA has curated the staging of a model residence on the 55th floor of the prestigious One Madison luxury tower in New York, 23 East 22nd Street. From the Dexelance portfolio, exclusive pieces by Turri, Meridiani, Gervasoni, Davide Groppi and Saba were chosen. Selected from Turri, the Italian luxury furniture company internationally recognized for its “Made in Italy” craftsmanship and bespoke capability, is the Turri Silhouette Lounge Chair, which was developed with product design consultant Gensler Product Design Consultant, a global architectural and design firm. The chairs have been placed in the unit to give an immediate message of welcome and comfort.
Andrea Turri, CEO of Turri, stated, “We first launched the Silhouette Collections in 2023, and it has become a recognizable icon. Turri celebrates personalization, architectural form, and meticulous detailing with each of our designer collaborations. Our one hundred year heritage of bespoke craftsmanship is unmatched.”
Gensler Product Design Consultant collaborated with Turri’s product design department in Carugo, Italy to create the Turri Silhouette which is known for its unmistakable inverse “U” shape. It suggests a sense of lightness and flexibility, underlined by the soft and welcoming lines of the upholstered fabric or leather options. The chair’s base is metal (lacquered) and is available in various finishes and colors. The Silhouette Collection of products also includes a sideboard, table lamps, and an upholstered bench. Prices for the Lounge Chair, in fabric, begin at $6,200.
Every room in the One Madison model is illuminated by the refined lighting creations of Davide Groppi, while in the dining area the sophisticated Saba dining table—selected from the Dexelance portfolio alongside exclusive pieces by Turri and Meridiani—sits beneath a sculptural light fixture by Gervasoni, while Axolight’s floor lamp adds another lighting dimension to the model.
Developed by Related, with development partner HFZ Capital Group, and designed by CetraRuddy Architects, One Madison sits at the nexus of New York City’s most dynamic neighborhoods—Flatiron, Gramercy, NoMad and Chelsea—where uptown meets downtown in a brilliant display of innovative art, entertainment and culinary destinations.
One Madison also overlooks the lush green oasis of Madison Square Park and offers spectacular river-to-river-to-sea views. The property’s luxurious services, unparalleled amenities and attentive staff offer an elevated level of personal service. With great attention to aesthetic integrity, One Madison brings an atmosphere of intimacy to urban living.
