A Global Celebration of Cultural Heritage and Design Excellence
March, 2026 – Artemest announces the launch of Champions of Craft, a new global initiative honoring a distinguished group of international interior design studios who place artisanal excellence at the heart of their creative practice and who embody the values that have guided Artemest since its foundation.
Rooted in authenticity, heritage, elegance, and uncompromising quality, for over a decade Artemest has connected the world’s leading design professionals with the cultural legacy of Italian craftsmanship. Representing over 1,000 artisans across 37 Italian manufacturing districts, the brand acts as a bridge between centuries-old craft and contemporary design culture. Since its foundation Artemest’s mission has been to preserve and promote Italian heritage by collaborating with creatives who share a deep appreciation for beauty, storytelling, and handcrafted excellence. With Champions of Craft, Artemest formalizes this mission by creating a dedicated community of international designers who act as cultural custodians within today’s design landscape.
Launching across Artemest’s digital channels in March 2026, the program creates a long-term framework for collaboration between Artemest and the honored design studios. Throughout the year, Champions of Craft will take part in cultural initiatives that support the evolution of handcrafted design. Artemest will work closely with each studio to develop meaningful projects that spotlight artisanal know-how, contribute to contemporary culture, and strengthen the dialogue between Italian design traditions and international creative practice.
Conceived as an ongoing platform, Champions of Craft will be unveiled annually, with each honoree’s philosophy—and enduring relationship with craftsmanship—explored through curated storytelling, digital features, and video interviews.
