Populus Seattle, a new carbon positive hotel opening in late Spring 2025

This news follows the fall 2024 opening of Populus Denver, recently named Hotel of the Year by Esquire, and honored by TIME, Travel + Leisure, and AFAR as a best new hotel, and is extremely significant as it also marks the start of Populus Hotels as a growing hotel collection.
