It’s the latest milestone in the US development strategy, where the company already has four single-brand spaces: New York (opened last year), Boston, Houston and Los Angeles.

The exclusive and selective distribution of the company aims to further develop dialogue with a clientele that is extremely aware of the high quality of Italian design, through spaces which offer them a chance to experience the Group’s unique approach to design.

The new showroom is in a strategic position: a building in the heart of Wisconsin Avenue, one of the most important streets in the city which extends from the lively neighbourhood of Georgetown.

“Our US expansion couldn’t be without an opening in a city as important as Washington, D.C. In recent years, we’ve chosen to invest in a very select distribution, which makes it possible for us to convey the incredible capacity of the ‘Giorgetti way’ to those passionate about design and beauty. With this new space, we therefore want to reinforce our dialogue with the local market, presenting the characteristics which have defined the aesthetic of our brand for 126 years: quality, passion for details, and sophisticated elegance.” Giovanni del Vecchio, CEO Gruppo Giorgetti

“We know the value of homes as sacred spaces that hold our most cherished memories, and this is the source of our passion for creating them for our customers.” Sandeep Gupta, Senior Corporate Business Executive, Salus Homes

A space designed to capture the attention of architects, designers and developers through the presentation of the brand’s sartorial outlook and its ability to design complete spaces and architectural projects under the banner of a true Giorgetti lifestyle.

The store, which is divided into different indoor rooms, from the living room to the dining room and bedrooms, welcomes iconic products, best-sellers, and a meticulous selection of the most recent collections, along with the pieces in the Atmosphere collection, to offer a complete residential experience.

In the entry, the first living room in the window display is characterised by the flowing lines of the Vesper modular sofa, designed by Roberto Lazzeroni, and iconic Galet coffe tables by Ludovica+Roberto Palomba. It’s framed by the Whisper carpet in bamboo silk and wool. The room is completed by the iconic Hug armchair by Rossella Pugliatti, the Summa pouf and the Corallo coffee tables.

The stunning oval Mizar table by Roberto Lazzeroni, with its cast bronze base and sophisticated treatment of the marble top, characterises the nearby dining room, with the elegant Diana chairs by Carlo Colombo and the Shibusa cabinet by Mauro Lipparini.

On the other side, a second living room features the contemporary lines of the Karphi modular sofa by Carlo Colombo: this contemporary system offers absolute versatility, and is accompanied by the interplay of dovetailing elements in the Woody&Mia coffee tables and poufs collection, and by the full, welcoming shape of the Hero armchairs by Carlo Colombo. Decorating the living room, the Charlotte sideboard, the Uyuni mirror and the Blend and Ling low tables.

The soft, enveloping lines of the Tie XL armchair by m2atelier stand out in the window display, characterised by a seductive opening at the back.

The tall and softly curved headboard of the Altea double bed by Carlo Colombo is the star of the bedroom, along with the soft lines of the Morfeo night stand, also by Colombo. At the foot of the bed is the Shirley bench, again by Colombo, whose structure echoes that of a ribbon.

The Frame dresser, Aei console and Progetti armchairs with the Oti  low table amplify the functionality of the bedroom.

On the other side of the showroom, another living room welcomes the informal lines of the Drive sofas and the Skyline ottomans, also by Colombo, with the Aura armchairs by Umberto Asnago, characterised by the unique panels on the back. At the centre of the area, the Griffe coffe tables are characterised by a refined juxtaposition of inlays, overlaps and matt/glossy finishes, and to the side, the G-Code console by Dante O. Benini and Luca Gonzo.

The route ultimately leads to the kitchen, composed of the GK.02 and GK.03 models. The central island is accompanied by the flowing shapes of the Skirt stools by m2atelier. The attentive combination of materials and accessories make Giorgetti kitchens a true architectural experience.

Sculptural and monumental, the Fang table with the Normal chairs dominates the dining room. On the walls, the material library with Giorgetti finishes frames the area dedicated to planning and design.
