Populus Seattle has officially opened in the historic Westland Building in Pioneer Square. Blending biophilic design with adaptive reuse, this 120-room carbon positive hotel honors Seattle’s natural and cultural heritage. With architecture by The Miller Hull Partnership, interiors by Curioso, and lush landscaping by Site Workshop and Camden Gardens, Populus Seattle evokes a Pacific Northwest rainforest while offering a vibrant, art-infused guest experience that reflects the city’s dynamic spirit.
