Bungalow Classic X Highland House Furniture: A New Collection To Be Launched at the High Point Market, Celebrating 10 Years of Partnership
Bungalow Classic and Highland House Furniture announce a new collection celebrating ten years of partnership with designers Randy and Courtney Tilinski. Launching this fall, the 36-piece collection includes 20 upholstery and 16 casegoods SKUs and marks the latest chapter in a collaboration defined by thoughtful design, livability, and a shared appreciation for interiors that feel both collected and personal. The collection will premiere at the Fall High Point Market, October 15th through the 21st, in Highland House’s showroom located at 200 Steele Street.

With attention to detail ~ each piece was carefully considered to be versatile but still with an individual presence, to work together or be placed into any existing interior aesthetic, Classic to Modern, Casual to Formal. The collection blurs the timeline of design, to question whether a piece is entirely new or a rare antique find. Each piece is intentionally keeping a timeless feel while functioning perfectly for a modern life. The collection was designed in mind to complement and seamlessly work with any of our existing pieces.

“We are so happy to have been selected 10 years ago to do a collection with Highland House. Fortunately, we were all young, naïve and so excited we didn’t even consider the climb that was in front of us. It was a perfect storm, the collection of people, from the top all the way through the whole of the company. We all wanted to create something special that went well beyond the furniture we all loved. Nathan and Lee have directed the company with great focus to be a very special place in our industry. We are very thankful to be in their world,” said Randy and Courtney Tilinski of Bungalow Classic.

Randy’s favorites:
Ravello Armless Sofa: For years I have wanted this piece. We gave Ravello its style by adding the curved ends in the front corners and the top back corners. We also used Turkish corners to nod back to the details of Gallas from our original collection 10 years ago. This piece is stylish enough to be the star and accommodating enough to work with any arm on chairs and other sofas. It can soften modern pieces, and it can look at home with antiques.
San Remo Collection: There was something very South of France in my mind when we worked on these pieces. We like pieces that are French and from the 1940s but wanted them to feel less Deco and more timeless. With the Faux Parchment drawer front and the ability to select any of the Highland House finishes, these pieces will answer a lot of questions for designers.
Courtney’s favorites:
Alba Tub Chair: Derived from the English original that we own, this classic barrel chair creates a cozy, cocoon-like seat. A standout piece like this adds so much to a space. It is a wonderful complement to a sea of upholstery with its beautiful fluted wood frame.
Cassis Canopy Bed: Forever a fan of a canopy bed, this one is perfect. You could leave it plain for a clean, more modern look or fully drape it for a cozy, classic feel. Either way, it is such a classic piece with absolute longevity.
In celebration of the ten-year partnership and new collection launch, Highland House will host a brunch with Randy and Courtney Tilinski on Saturday, October 17th at 11 AM in the Highland House showroom at 200 Steele Street, Suite 121.
