LONDON (Oct. 9, 2025) — Carpenters Workshop Gallery will open Rust Never Sleeps, a new exhibition by Rick Owens Furniture, on Oct. 14 at its Ladbroke Hall location. Running through Feb. 14, 2026, the exhibition explores the enduring beauty of oxidation and the tension between decay and resilience that defines Owens’ sculptural design practice.

Rust Never Sleeps reflects the evolution of Rick Owens Furniture, known for its monumental forms and raw material palette. Curated by Michèle Lamy, the show presents rust as a living surface — a mark of endurance that transforms steel, wood and leather into meditations on time and permanence.

Highlights include Antler Bed (2025) in recycled elm wood; Double Bubble (2025) in rusted steel and graphite crocodile leather; K Plug Table (2022), a reimagined archival design; and Pedalò Rust (2025), combining steel patina with camel leather cushions. Across the exhibition, rust becomes a symbol of persistence — the point where nature, craft and concept converge.
