The award-winning original art company will kick off the Market as one of AndMore’s new exhibitors with an official showroom ribbon cutting on Saturday, October 14. That afternoon, the Miami-based company will host an educational event at The Point featuring Chief Creative Director Lola Sanchez, followed by a book signing and open house.
Further into Market Week, Oliver Gal invites attendees and fans to enjoy Lola painting in her signature style and will host design influencers in a special event. “We are excited to host these immersive events,” said Ana Sanchez Gal, CEO of Oliver Gal. “They are all taking place in conjunction with the launch of our 2024 collection and the rollout of “Art | reDefined,” an initiative to promote our product lines to full-line furniture retailers and designer showrooms nationwide.” Kicking off the Market for Oliver Gal will be an official ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday, October 14, at 10 a.m., coordinated by AndMore.
The newly designed showroom will debut and highlight 250+ new pieces across seven captivating collections. Also, on Saturday at 2:00 p.m., Oliver Gal will host an educational event at The Point on Commerce Avenue, one block from the Transportation Terminal in High Point. Oliver Gal’s Chief Creative Director and Co-Founder, Lola Sanchez, with editor-in-chief and design consultant Courtney Porter, will lead an open discussion and informational entitled “In Style and On the Money – Start with Art.”
This presentation at the Point is open to all attending the Market and will emphasize design insights and trends while unlocking value through thoughtful art curation. Immediately following the event, a book signing by Lola Sanchez and a showroom tour will take place in Oliver Gal’s showroom at IHFC C365 with refreshments. On the Sunday of Market, the Oliver Gal showroom will be the lead destination on the Design Influencers Tour.
Ten design influencers will receive an in-depth look into Oliver Gal’s story, including the company’s history, brand positioning, and original art pieces. Following Market, each designer will reflect on products and notable moments via their online platforms.
