This Fall at High Point Market, you’ll find many vendors premiering collaborations with architects or designers with architectural influences, a reflection of where design clients are delegating their budgets: construction, art, lighting, kitchen, bath and sustainability.

Speaking of which: Kitchen and bath design is infiltrating High Point Market this Fall. (You won’t want to miss the NKBA pop-up tent full of activations with chefs, brands, and celebrity designers).

Tones and textures

Expect to see softer, sandy tones and raw textures as the once-supreme modern farmhouse moves to the wild west and gets a dusty, mid century makeover.

Neutral palettes are warming up for 2025 with a coastal contemporary twist inspired by the boom in collectible 21st century design, Art Basel Miami and Tulum-esque hospitality aesthetics

Eliko Rugs by David Ariel

Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting

Fine Art is premiering the latest additions to the Antonia Caicedo collection – sleek, contemporary and softly-curved as well as their first-ever collaboration with designer Barclay Butera on his new Embark Collection.

Jamie Young

Jamie Young is reintroducing and revamping their lamp shades: made from linen, raffia, and boucle, they come in a selection of shapes and sizes to provide a completely customized look for any lamp.

Jaipur Living

The House Sprucing x Jaipur Living collection draws its inspiration from the heart of Europe, where the founders of House Sprucing, husband and wife duo, Heather and Tyson Fujikawa lived and fell in love with European design. The collection aptly named Amata, meaning “beloved” in Italian, capture the unique romance and charm synonymous with iconic European cities like Paris, the cultural capital of love and the backdrop for this collection. 
An exclusive collaboration between Jaipur Living and Atlanta-based designer, Michael Habachy, the Gamil rug is hand woven on a punja loom using traditional Persian techniques. Its unique mix of shaggy high-low texture is crafted using the long fibers of New Zealand wool, paired with specialized double washing techniques.

Kalco Lighting

The Kalco Botanica collection playfully blends nature and art and are finished in a Warm Gold for a contemporary vibe. 
Kalco is expanding beyond lighting into decorative mirrors this market. Inspired by soft architectural hardware and curling paper, the Divisio mirror is an interesting sculptural element to look at as wall art. Featuring 3D complex curls, the handcrafted metal looks like a natural curling effect of leaves or paper. From Stephanie Parisi’s curated Giasone Collection, the Nebula light is entirely handcrafted of Banaca fibers from the Philippines and woven by a community of weavers in the province of Bicol. Its soft light in an organic design of natural fibers acts as a conduit to nature’s calming influences nurturing both the body and mind.

Stickley

In sophisticated shades of green and beige, Stickley’s Art Ginkgo is an exquisite room accent, hand-knotted from Himalayan Highland sheep’s wool by skilled Nepalese weavers.

Tempaper X Jeremiah Brent

Nostalgia is an exquisite collaboration between renowned interior designer Jeremiah Brent and Tempaper®, the female pioneers of designer peel and stick wallpaper premiering at High Point Market.

Universal Furniture

The new Universal Furniture Dwell collection is architecturally inspired by structures throughout the United Sates.
