While companies like Visual Comfort and Loloi Rugs have made designer collaborations a key part of their product development strategy, Four Hands has focused on in-house design. But this fall, the Austin, Texas-based home furnishings company launched its latest line with designer Amber Lewis, building on the successful partnership that debuted in 2024.
“This is our third launch with Amber and it’s a big collection across entire category suites,” said Adam Dunn, senior vice president of design for Four Hands, during a tour of the line at the recent High Point Market. “She’s an awesome partner. Culture fit is very important to Four Hands — it’s why we had never really done a collab before. But Amber feels like part of our team, which is great. She’s super collaborative.”
The newest collection with Lewis, an author and founder of Los Angeles-based Amber Interior Design, includes more than 80 new pieces across living, dining, bedroom and outdoor categories. It has been in the works for about a year.
The Amber Lewis x Four Hands line features heavier textures and textiles like shearling and stitched patchwork, specialty materials like lacquered linen and bone inlay, and new weaves and techniques like leathered stone and marble.
“What’s great is that Amber really loves all these traditional materials that we do but wants to apply them in more contemporary ways,” Dunn said.
The collection also includes several firsts for the collaboration — a canopy bed, outdoor ottoman and vanity stool, all designed as statement pieces.
“It has been such a pleasure building this portfolio of pieces with a brand that truly understands my design language. Four Hands honors the consistency in my style while collaboratively pushing it forward through innovative materials and fresh applications,” said Lewis said. “For me, this next chapter with Four Hands is about how balanced maximalism can shine through individual pieces. I wanted to curate a collection that brings together traditional and modern designs, and we did just that.”
Here’s a look at some of the new pieces:
· Mirabel sideboard: In this sideboard, Lewis paired lacquered dark green linen with a saddle brown-stained wood for subtle contrast. The piece is enhanced by curved sides, unique wooden hardware and top galley framing.

· Malko dining table: Note the gracefully rounded corners on the top and base of this dining table. Swirling in the mappa burl paneling creates movement and ensures every piece is unique.

· Gwendo Lyn accent stool: This bolster-backed vanity stool is made of a hammered bronze frame and damask upholstery for a fun material mix.

· Raisa nightstand: The rounded silhouette of this nightstand allows the rich pattern and hue of the walnut burl veneer to stand out. Flush drawers and minimalist knobs keep the focus on the finish.

· Cantu end table: Lewis offers a fresh take on traditional bone-inlaid tables with the Cantu in a washed taupe finish. Other details include chamfered corners, paddle legs and a stretcher base.

· Nellan accent bench: In this streamlined take on the classic daybed silhouette, a tailored seat is paired with a cylindrical bolster pillow, all atop tapered wooden legs. It is upholstered in a warm brown fabric with subtle tufting.

· Rowan outdoor ottoman: Faux banana leaf is woven into a bold, chunky pattern and accented with a braided detail on this oversized upholstered outdoor ottoman.

· Locke outdoor chair: Lewis takes the comfort of indoor seating outdoors with the Locke chair. The hammered metal frame is paired with subtly striped performance fabric. The Amber Lewis x Four Hands collection is available to the trade through Four Hands Marketplace and to consumers on Shoppe Amber Interiors.
