Pacific Palisades, CA – September, 2025 –– A bold new vision in luxury home staging is making its debut. Outline Collective Inc., the newly launched creative staging company founded by Ashley Wendell and Lisa Radisay, proudly unveils its first project: Chateau Corsica, a 10,100-square-foot, $21 million estate at 1186 Corsica Drive in Pacific Palisades.
To celebrate the unveiling, members of the media are invited to an exclusive VIP Preview on Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 5:00–8:00 PM at Chateau Corsica for the ability to chat with some of their artists. Private tours with the designers are also available upon request.
Once the home of beloved actor Dom DeLuise and now reimagined by Providencetown Estates, Chateau Corsica stands as an immersive design showcase where art, architecture, and lifestyle converge. The estate features six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a private theater, wellness center, wine room, gym, office, and hidden speakeasy bar.
“Chateau Corsica represents the spirit of Outline Collective. We wanted to create something that feels alive—not just staged—where you feel like you are not just walking into an open house, you are walking into a sophisticated home,” said co-founder Lisa Radisay.
The interiors draw inspiration from Italian Modernism and Mediterranean elegance, layering bespoke furniture, curated vintage pieces, fine art, and artisan works to transform the property into a turnkey lifestyle offering. Each design element— such as custom pieces, a vintage sofa by Jorge Zalszupin and ‘Puzzle Chairs’ by David Kawecki as well as artworks by contemporary artists such as Thomas McDonell, Vince Szarek, Phil Davis, and Dopez—was selected to tell a story and elicit emotion.
“Trust was the foundation of this project. We pushed boundaries to redefine what luxury staging can be,” added co-founder Ashley Wendell.
