ROWE FURNITURE PROMOTES LAURA MABE AND STUART HRUZATO VICE PRESIDENT ROLES
Promotions strengthen leadership around brand relevance, business transformation and future growth
HIGH POINT, NC — September 2026 — Rowe Furniture has announced the promotions of Laura Mabe to Vice President of Creative and Stuart Hruza to Vice President of Enterprise Transformation, expanding the responsibilities of two longtime contributors who have played important roles in the company’s continued evolution.
The promotions reflect Rowe’s commitment to developing leadership from within while strengthening two areas increasingly important to the company’s future: how the Rowe brand connects with the marketplace and how theorganization evolves to operate more effectively.
“Laura and Stuart have each helped move Rowe forward in very different but equally important ways,” said Bobby Robinson, President of Rowe Furniture. “Both understand our business deeply, collaborate well across the organization and have demonstrated an ability to turn ideas into meaningful results. We are fortunate to have talented people within Rowe who are ready to take on broader leadership roles.”
Laura Mabe Named Vice President of Creative

Mabe has played an integral role in the evolution of the Rowe brand, with influence spanning product direction, fabric, styling, photography and the broader way the company presents itself to retailers, designers and consumers.
Her responsibilities have continued to expand as Rowe has elevated its positioning and developed a more distinct lifestyle point of view. In her new role, Mabe will provide broader creative leadership across the organization, collaborating closely with product, merchandising and marketing to ensure the Rowe brand remains relevant, consistent and differentiated in the marketplace.
“Laura has a rare ability to connect product, fabric, presentation and brand,” Robinson said. “She is highly collaborative, deeply curious about the business and someone whose perspective we have come to trust across many areas of Rowe. Her influence has grown steadily over the years, and this role recognizes the broader leadership she is already providing.”
Stuart Hruza Named Vice President of Enterprise Transformation

Hruza’s promotion follows several years of leading the development of Rowe’s digital platform and capabilities, much of which was developed internally by Rowe’s own team.
The platform has transformed how customers interact and conduct business with Rowe, providing greater transparency around product information, customization and pricing while simplifying the complexities of the company’s domestic special-order business. Rowe believes these capabilities have created a meaningful competitive advantage while improving the overall customer experience.
“What Stuart and his team built is much more than a website,” Robinson said. “They took a complicated special order business and made it significantly easier and more transparent for our customers. We are particularly proud that so much of that capability was developed from within Rowe rather than outsourced.”
In his new role, Hruza’s focus will expand beyond the customer-facing digital platform to how information, systems and processes work together throughout the organization.
His responsibilities will include improving transparency and access to information, reducing unnecessary friction, strengthening connections across departments and identifying practical ways data, automation and technology can help Rowe operate more effectively. Hruza will also lead Rowe’s deployment of artificial intelligence, with an emphasis on practical applications that improve decision-making, reduce repetitive work and create better experiences for both employees and customers.
“Stuart’s strength is not simply technology,” Robinson said. “He listens, learns the business and works with the people closest to the problem before developing a solution. That approach has served Rowe extremely well, and we believe it can have an even broader impact across the company.”
Together, the promotions represent Rowe’s continued investment in developing the people, leadership and capabilities needed to position the company for its next generation of growth.
“We have tremendous respect for Rowe’s history, but our responsibility is also to keep building what comes next,” Robinson said. “That means developing our people, strengthening our brand and continually improving how we operate. Laura and Stuart will both play important roles in that work.”
