Crystorama and Black Interior Designers, Inc. Present “Illuminating Connections” at ASIDGather: Catalyst
Speed-networking-style roundtables pair interior design professionals with industry experts for candid, table-side conversation during Dallas Market Center’s Catalyst programming
DALLAS, TX — Crystorama, the family-owned decorative lighting and mirror company founded in 1958, will join Black Interior Designers, Inc. (BID) to host Illuminating Connections, a relaxed, speed-dating-style mixer and evening of expert-led roundtables closing out ASID Gather: Catalyst. The event takes place Friday, September 18 at 4:00 PM at the Crystorama Showroom, Dallas Market Center (DTM 3503).
Moving away from the traditional panel format, Illuminating Connections invites attendees to circulate freely among six themed roundtables, each hosted by interior designers, builders, and industry tastemakers offering candid, practical insight drawn from their own careers. The evening’s speed-networking-style structure allows guests to engage directly with multiple experts in an intimate, conversational setting, supported by cocktails, light bites, and music.

“Community has always been at the center of who we are as a brand,” said Kristi Gulino, Director of Communications and Brand Partnerships at Crystorama. “Illuminating Connections gives designers a space to ask the questions they don’t always get to ask — in a setting that feels more like a conversation with a mentor than a formal panel. Each roundtable will run for the duration of the session, with guests welcome to arrive, participate, and move between tables at any time. Clearly marked table signage will guide guests to each expert and topic.
